- If incase plugin is not working on frontend then you’ll need to verify if your theme has wp_footer() function called in your active-theme/footer.php file.
- Check if you have Role based timeouts enabled from wp-admin > Settings > Inactive Logout > Role based logout tab
- Check if you have any scripts minification plugins enabled which is blocking the plugin script to load.
Currently, you’ll need to re-subscribe in order to receive future plugin updates. If not, you can still use the plugin but won’t be receiving any new updates.
Concurrent functionality in PRO version is different compared to free version. In pro you can set the number of concurrent logins per user session.
Furthermore, the last session is blocked based on the number of session you have enabled.
If you have closed your browser for more than a minute than this functionality kicks in.
